Meetings · On shelf

Take meeting notes with the call on top.

You are on a Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams call and want to write notes without losing sight of who is talking. TopShelf pins the meeting web app as a floating always-on-top window on macOS, so the call and your notes stay visible at the same time.

How to do it with TopShelf

  1. 1 Open TopShelf from your menu barClick the TopShelf icon in the macOS menu bar.
  2. 2 Paste the meeting URLPaste your meeting URL (zoom.us, meet.google.com, teams.microsoft.com) into the New Website field.
  3. 3 Pin it into a cornerTopShelf floats the call above every other window. Snap it into a corner of your screen and open Notes or your favourite doc app in the middle.
